Perhaps these questions already arise in your work, and you want the skills to respond with greater confidence.
Perhaps your own experiences have shown you how valuable thoughtful sexuality education and embodied support can be.

Want to get a feel for the training?
Here's what graduates had to say..

Help women build a different relationship with their bodies and sexuality
Many women have had little opportunity to learn about their sexuality in ways that honour their own experiences.
They may know how to accommodate someone else’s needs while struggling to recognise their own. They may approach intimacy with expectations about how they should look, feel or respond.
Your work can create space for different questions:
What do I notice in my body?
What feels pleasurable to me?
What do I want, and what don’t I want?
What would help me feel more comfortable, connected and able to choose?
In this training, you’ll learn ways to support that exploration with warmth, curiosity and respect.
You’ll develop practices, processes and education for working with desire, pleasure, pelvic awareness, boundaries and intimacy while keeping each woman’s pace and choices central.
A whole-body approach to women’s sexual wellbeing
A woman brings her whole life into her experience of sexuality.
Her relationship with her body. Her beliefs and experiences. Her intimate relationships. The changes she is navigating. Her capacity to recognise and express her needs.
The Fembodiment™ Method brings these areas into conversation.
Holistic sexology provides education and understanding. Embodiment invites attention to lived experience and sensation. Pelvic care develops awareness of the pelvis within the whole body.
My clinical hypnotherapy background brings another perspective: exploring the beliefs, expectations and habitual responses a woman may carry into her experience of sexuality.
Together, these approaches help you respond to the individual woman in front of you.
About This Work...

Meet your teacher:
Jenni Mears
I’m a Sexologist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Integrative Pelvic Care practitioner and the creator of The Fembodiment™ Method.
Across 30 years of working with clients nationally and globally, I’ve seen how valuable it is for women to have space to speak honestly about their bodies, sexuality and relationships.
My own life and professional learning have shaped the way I teach. I care deeply about women being able to recognise their needs, trust their choices and explore pleasure without overriding themselves.
My clinical hypnotherapy background informs how I work with beliefs, expectations and habitual responses around sexuality. Alongside body awareness and sexology education, I bring this perspective into the training to explore the connections between how a woman thinks, what she notices in her body and how she experiences her sexual self.
I created this training to bring together holistic sexology, embodiment and pelvic care within a thoughtful professional learning experience.
I want you to leave with knowledge you can use, practices, processes and education you understand and a clearer sense of how to support women online with a duty of care.

The Six Foundations of Holistic Sexology
Through the Fembodiment™ Method Certification

Rewiring the sexual brain: making room for our sexual selves
As a clinical hypnotherapist, I bring an understanding of learned patterns, beliefs and automatic responses into my teaching.
I use the phrase “rewiring the sexual brain” to describe exploring those patterns and practising different ways of relating to the body, pleasure and sexuality.
A woman may notice that she expects herself to perform, finds it difficult to ask for what she wants or becomes caught in her thoughts during intimacy.
You’ll explore how to support her in recognising these responses and developing greater awareness of sensation, needs and choice.
Our sexual selves belong within our experience of the whole body. This part of the training brings mind, body and sexuality together, making room for a part of ourselves that can so easily be overlooked.

What makes this training distinctive?
A clinical hypnotherapy perspective
My clinical hypnotherapy background informs how we explore beliefs, expectations and habitual responses around sexuality. You’ll consider these alongside sexual education and body awareness, developing a broader understanding of the experiences clients bring into their sessions.
Personal mentoring with me
Your learning includes mentoring sessions with me for your personal and professional development. These sessions give you space to discuss your experience of the practices, reflect on your facilitation and receive support with your case studies.
Learning with guest teachers
Selected guest facilitators contribute their perspectives and skills alongside my teaching. You’ll learn within a live online group, with opportunities to ask questions and explore the work together.
A focus on online client work
This training prepares you to facilitate individual sessions and groups online.
You’ll explore how to communicate embodied practices through a screen, check understanding and keep the client’s pace and choices central.
Two years to learn, practise and integrate
Over 24 months, you’ll have time to revisit the learning, explore your questions and develop your skills through practice. The first year builds your foundations. The second deepens your facilitation and introduces more advanced work.
Personal embodiment alongside professional development
You’ll explore your own relationship with your body, sexuality, pleasure and boundaries as you learn to support others. This reflection helps you recognise what belongs to your experience and remain curious about what is true for your client.

What Graduates Are Saying...
The Training has supported me to know my yes and no, be more confident sexually and personally. And communicating better with my partner and access more pleasure in my body.
Katelyn Ticchi
This training helped me to get into my body during difficult moments, instead of staying in my head. The most important aspect women should know about this training is that she can create, move her own energy and is perfect as she is.
Chelsea Terry
I was seeking deeper connection and love for myself and found the training collective was quite special, but mainly coming home to me, accepting my body with love and experiencing more freedom in intimacy. The commitment is worth it. Jenni as a teacher is loving, kind, generous and spirited."
Michelle Pavone
Is this training for you?
You may recognise yourself here if you:
Already work with women and want to deepen your understanding of sexuality, pleasure and embodiment.
Find that conversations about desire, intimacy or boundaries arise in your sessions.
Want to bring a body-based approach into your online work.
Are considering a professional direction in women's holistic sexology.
Are curious about the relationship between beliefs, learned responses and sexual experience.
Feel drawn to both the personal exploration and the responsibility involved in facilitating this work.
Want mentoring and supported practice as you develop your skills.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You do need a willingness to learn, reflect on your assumptions and take responsibility for how you work with others.
This program is for vulva owners due to the intimate anatomical focus of the training.
What you’ll learn to support
Throughout the training, you’ll develop knowledge and practices for supporting women to:
Explore desire, arousal, pleasure and orgasm.
Develop awareness of their bodies and pelvis.
Recognise beliefs and expectations that influence their sexual experiences.
Explore different responses to familiar patterns around intimacy.
Recognise and communicate their needs and boundaries.
Understand patterns of pressure, overthinking or disconnection.
Explore sexuality through different stages of life.
Build a more curious and attentive relationship with sensation.
Have clearer conversations about intimacy and relationships.
Make choices that reflect their own values and desires.
Your role is to facilitate exploration with care and respect for each woman's experience.

The Foundations of Your Practice
Embodied safety
You’ll explore how to support conditions in which clients can notice their experience, express uncertainty and make choices without pressure.
Pleasure and curiosity
Pleasure can be explored in many ways. You’ll learn to invite curiosity about sensation and experience without setting expectations for a particular response.
Client-led facilitation
Each woman brings her own history, values and preferences. You’ll practise listening and adapting your approach to the person you are supporting.
Consent is an ongoing conversation. You’ll learn to centre the client’s ability to choose, pause, change direction or decline a practice.
Consent and agency
You’ll study principles that support sensitive facilitation, including pacing, communication, boundaries and awareness of your professional role.
Trauma-informed principles
Your development includes reflecting on how you facilitate, recognising the limits of your skills and maintaining clear professional boundaries.
Ethical responsibility
Your two-year learning experience

Learn directly with me and guest teachers through teaching, discussion and embodied exploration.
Personal mentoring
Receive individual support for your personal and professional development, including questions arising from your case studies.
Supported case studies:
Bring your learning into online practice, reflect on your sessions and develop your facilitation with guidance.
Personal exploration:
Experience and reflect on the practices as part of developing your understanding of the Method.
Learning across two years
Build foundations before progressing into advanced practices, with time to integrate your learning along the way.

Bring this work into your professional life
The training prepares you to work with individual clients and participants in online groups.
You may want to bring these skills into an existing practice or develop a professional focus around women’s sexuality, embodiment and pleasure.
As you progress, you’ll explore how to introduce practices, communicate clearly and respond to the experiences clients bring into a session.
The aim is to help you develop a way of working that is informed, reflective and recognisably your own.
Spaces in the 2027 training are limited, so don't delay your application.
