Fembodiment™ Breathwork Circle - Monthly or 5-Week Series

I invite you to come home to your body and natural state of joy, flow, and bliss with the power of your breath while enjoying gathering with like-minded women. As you might have guessed, without our breath there is no capacity to thrive. Breath is often taken for granted, and most of the time our breathing is often shallow or too rapid. Breathing consciously and in a controlled manner can help you go way beyond whom you think you are, and your perceived physical reality, and access sub-conscious parts of yourself that hold the key to wholeness and is a wonderful way to source your inner power.

Your breath is a powerful tool to bring awareness to the body, to access creativity, thriving aliveness, grounding, and deep presence into your everyday life.


What we will experience in circle together?

In a monthly or 5-week series, you will explore different types of breathing techniques. We will create a safe container in circle, and you will be guided into a breathwork journey, where you will be guided to use your breath and I will offer music to help you to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

This “altered state of consciousness” provides the possibility to activate the natural inner healing processes of an individual’s psyche, accessing the emotional body and releasing stuck or suppressed energy. Traumas from the body, so the doorways to flow and ease can open and remain open.

We will explore many different styles of active meditations using sound, breath, and movement. 

Since I began breathwork I have access to more energy, I'm more emotionally resilient, connected to my body and have released some long held self-sabotaging patterns.

You will leave each week having practiced a variety of Fembodiment™ breathing techniques and Tao Tantra yoga sequences that will enable you to enhance your life and bring awareness and mindfulness to the way you breathe and respond to the demands of the world. To close I will offer a different Fembodiment™ guided meditation and sound healing to support you to feel bliss in every cell of your body

 

All Fembodiment™ breathwork practices are taught in a grounded and dogma-free approach. Practices are done fully clothed. Jenni Mears is committed to simplify and facilitate the Fembodiment™ methodology for all women and their unique journey. These circles support both introverted and extroverted women of all ages and stages of their lives to feel present and comfortable in their own skin.
